Perched on a ridge offering total privacy and views to the East, South, and West, Ponderosa Point derives its name from a prominent mature Ponderosa tree,

sitting on the west side of the lot, which is incorporated into the design to be the anchor and center point of the living room fireplace. With oversized windows and glass doors on three sides of the great room, this specimen tree plays a central role in combining the open concept floorplan with the outdoor entertaining. A large boulder rock formation at the site’s southwest corner can be viewed from the kitchen sink window while also taking in the perfect south and southwest sunlight.
