Mountain Biking

The property has 10 miles of single-track mountain biking trails as part of its long list of incredible amenities. The lower traverse trail is ideal for beginners and those who adore rolling hills featuring open meadows and forested patches. The Whitetail Chute, a downhill-only trail with rock rollovers, berms, and stellar drops, offers heart-racing excitement for the more thrill-inclined riders. And the other seven trails provide plenty of fun for everyone.

Nordic Skiing & Fat Tire Biking

When the snow arrives, members can enjoy 20 kilometers of groomed Nordic Ski trails, both classic and skate, or Fat Tire Bikes. Trails are for every skill level and are meticulously maintained by Whitetail Club staff. Access to top-of-the-line Nordic equipment,  with an assortment of boots, skis, and poles, is available. See why National Geographic named McCall one of North America’s Best Secret Ski Towns.

The property also allows members to experience every season by foot (or snowshoe), with miles of groomed trail open to members and their furry companions all year round. And it’s Idaho, so the trails don’t stop inside the community. Payette National Forest and The Frank Church—River of No Return Wilderness Area, one of the country’s largest wilderness preserves, are part of the authentic McCall experience.
