Garcia brings decades of luxury hospitality, hotel and resort experience to Whitetail Club and Shore Lodge. Most recently, Garcia served as the vice president and general manager at High Hampton in North Carolina, with Benchmark Hospitality International.

His breadth of knowledge includes resorts with a similar focus on outdoor experiences & lifestyle programming within destination markets, which included oversight of four star and four diamond level and above resorts across the country.

Additionally, throughout his career Garcia has served on the board of directors of multiple hospitality and visitor bureaus, while participating in a wide variety of community charitable events.

Garcia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Information Systems Management from California State University Hayward. Garcia and his wife Michelle hail from the Dallas, Texas area where they raised their three college-aged sons.

With over 15 years of experience within the hospitality and private communities’ sector, Jocelyn Kidd brings a wealth of expertise to her role as Club Director at Whitetail Club. In her role, Kidd oversees Whitetail Club’s daily operations, programming, events, sales, membership marketing, and communications.

Under Kidd’s leadership, Whitetail Club has expanded its facilities with the addition of 17,000 Sq. Ft. lakefront Clubhouse, Cart Barn and Golf Practice Facility, Mountain Bike & Nordic Trail Systems, and the coordination of 65+ member events annually. The club was also named into the 2020-2021 and 2021-22 Platinum Clubs of America list of Top 150 Country Clubs.

Currently, Kidd is involved with several community organizations such as the Club Management Association of America (CMAA) and actively serves as secretary and treasurer for the Whitetail Property Owner’s Association.

As a native of the Pacific Northwest, Jocelyn enjoys the wonders of McCall, Idaho and on her downtime, you can find her mountain biking, golfing, motorbiking, and paddle boarding alongside her husband and dog, Grace.
