Members Only Cooking Class
Here at Whitetail Club, we like to keep things interesting. From our countless journeys into nature to our signature adventures into luxury, our fully developed, expertly curated calendar of events provides members with opportunities for socializing, exhilaration, serenity and development.
One such adventure, the Members Only Cooking Class, is no different. When the days are chilly, there’s nothing like a home-cooked meal to warm the hearts and lift the spirits, so our fantastic culinary team puts together these cooking workshops to show our members exciting new dishes that they can master at home. Whether making a meal for family or hosting an elaborate dinner party, this members-only event is a can’t-miss for those who love being in the kitchen as well as those who haven’t realized how fun it can be just yet.
Our most recent Members Only Cooking Class transported our members on a culinary journey through Thailand without ever leaving the comfort of the premier private community in the Pacific Northwest.
Members gathered at the Lake Cottage kitchen, a stunning cottage on the shores of Payette Lake reserved for discovery tours and visiting future-members, where our very own Chef Topple and his culinary team lead them through an exotic three-course meal.
This hands-on, fully interactive workshop taught our members how to spice things up with Thai spring rolls, classic pad Thai and Thai coconut mango pudding.
After their fantastic work in the kitchen, members had a chance to sample each of their creations with carefully selected wine pairings, while socializing with friends, old and new. Needless to say, we are looking forward to our next class in November.
