Celebrating the American Way at Shore Lodge
Shore Lodge is setting the stage once again for their highly-anticipated event: The Shore Lodge Fall Concert Series.
It’s been a long road for Brandon Ray. From purchasing his first guitar at 13, to hitting the road with his band at 18, opening for Taylor Swift and Willie Nelson at Kansas City’s historic Starlight Theatre, performing at CMA Fest 2017 and now, hitting the stage at Shore Lodge.
One part country, one part rock, and all heart, this year’s breakout artist is a country crooner that’s sure to heat up the season with his latest hits.
Growing up with an expansive array of musical influences including classics like Stevie Ray Vaughan and Steely Dan; musical greats like Metallica and Nirvana; and country icons like George Strait and Johnny Cash gave Brandon Ray the passion for music that’s evident in his work. These influences are apparent as the soulful musician belts out hit after hit, picking up accolades such as Spotlight Artist of the Week, Country Top 30 with Bobby Bones, one of CMT’s 2017 “ListenUp” Artists, and being named one of the “10 New Country Artists You Need to Know” by Rolling Stone and Rolling Stone Country.
The latest act in a long line of musical phenoms and breakout artists, Brandon Ray has ranked on Spotify’s charts, hitting both US (All Genre) Viral 50 and GLOBAL (All Genre) Viral 50.
Past performances of the Fall Concert Series have included Maggie Rose’s sultry blending of country, rock and pop with supersized vocals, and an up close & personal performance from The Voice alum and soul country star Sundance Head. Now, they’ve paved the way for the Texas native and Nashville transplant.
“We work all week, in a smokestack town. ‘Til the freakin’ weekend comes rolling around!”
